RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF HEARING AND BID
OPENING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DOWNTOWN
HISTORIC SURVEY SERVICES FOR THE HAZARD
MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM (HMGP) PROPERTY
ACQUISITION PROJECT FEBRUARY 20, 2012, AT
5:30 P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 20th day of February, 2012,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed Request
for Proposals, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Downtown Historic Survey Services for the
Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), Property Acquisition
Project, in the City of Waterloo, with the taking of bids
therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 2012.
