RESOLUTION NO. 2012-067
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE SAN MARNAN TRAFFIC
MONITORING SYSTEM PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Traffic Operations Superintendent of
said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the San Marnan Traffic
Monitoring System Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Traffic Operations Superintendent did file
said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the San Marnan Traffic Monitoring System
Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the San Marnan Traffic
Monitoring System Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 2012.
