RESOLUTION NO. 2012-068
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF HEARING AND BID
OPENING, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SAN MARNAN
TRAFFIC MONITORING SYSTEM PROJECT, AS
FEBRUARY 13, 2012, AT 5:30 P.M. AT CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 13th day of February, 2012,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed, plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
San Marnan Traffic Monitoring System Project, in the City of
Waterloo, with the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 2012.
