RESOLUTION NO. 2012-072
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO
ASSESSMENT F.Y. 2012 SIDEWALK REPAIR
ASSESSMENT PROGRAM - ZONE 1, B & B BUILDERS
AND SUPPLY, CONTRACT NO. 811, FOR 853 RIEHL
STREET, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, a proposal for repairs was sent to the homeowner of
the property located at 853 Riehl Street, for replacement of one
sidewalk panel and possible water valve adjustment and
WHEREAS, the property located at 853 Riehl Street was assessed
$468.54 for said repairs, and
WHEREAS, one sidewalk panel was replaced at 853 Riehl Street
along with a water valve adjustment, with no physical changes to
the water valve pipe.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the assessment for 853 Riehl Street in the
amount of $468.54 is hereby amended due to correction of charges
for changes to water valve pipe, to $195.34.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said
amendment to assessment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of January, 2012.
