RESOLUTION NO. 2012-82
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF REQUEST
FOR PROPOSALS, PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT, ETC. FOR ASBESTOS SURVEY
SERVICES FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPERTIES: 820
AND 910 SYCAMORE STREET, 626 WEST 9TH
STREET, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Community Planning and Development
Director of said City to prepare, plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with request for proposals for
asbestos survey services for properties located at 820 and 910
Sycamore Street and 626 West 9th Street, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director
did file said, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the request for proposals for asbestos survey
services, for the properties located at 820 and 910 Sycamore
Street and 626 West 9th Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the request for proposals for
asbestos survey services for properties located at 820 and 910
Sycamore Street and 626 West 9th Street, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of January 2012.
