ORDINANCE NO. 5153 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4, Rezoning Certain Property, of Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to rezone the property legally described as follows: Lot 356 of Pleasant View Addition; now zoned on the Official Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, located at 1943 Plymouth Avenue, as "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-2" Commercial District as above described. Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
