RESOLUTION NO. 2012-83
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH ASBESTOS SURVEY SERVICES
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
820 AND 910 SYCAMORE STREET AND 626 WEST 9TH
STREET.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-82, Resolution confirming
approval of request for proposals, plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with asbestos
survey services for property located at 820 and 910 Sycamore
Street and 626 West 9th Street, have been approved and adopted by
this Council after the public hearing on January 30, 2012 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of January, 2012.
