RESOLUTION NO. 2012-104
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. FOR
THE F.Y. 2012 WEST SHAULIS ROAD/ANSBOROUGH
AVENUE, CONTRACT NO. 784 PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare,
plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction
with the F.Y. 2012 West Shaulis Road/Ansborough Avenue, Contract
No. 784 project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said, plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the
F.Y. 2012 West Shaulis Road/Ansborough Avenue, Contract No. 784
project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the F.Y. 2012 West Shaulis
Road/Ansborough Avenue, Contract No. 784 project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of January 2012.
