RESOLUTION NO. 2012-106
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. FOR
THE 2012 SULLIVAN PARK SHELTER PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Facilities Manager of
said City to prepare, plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the 2012 Sullivan Park Shelter Project,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Facilities Manager did file
said, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the 2012 Sullivan Park Shelter Project, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said form of contract, etc., in conjunction
with the 2012 Sullivan Park Shelter Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of January 2012.
