RESOLUTION NO. 2012-107
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF HEARING AS
FEBRUARY 20, 2012, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH SAID NOTICE. BIDS TO BE LET BY IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ON FEBRUARY 21,
2012.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 20th day of February for the purpose of
holding a public hearing on proposed plans, specifications, form
of contract, in conjunction with the F.Y. 2012 West Shaulis
Road/Ansborough Avenue, Contract No. 784 project, in the City of
Waterloo.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of January 2012.
