RESOLUTION NO. 2012-112
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT, TO ADVANCED ENVIRONMENTAL IN THE
AMOUNT OF $4,830.00 FOR ASBESTOS ABATEMENT
SERVICES OF 910 WEST SHAULIS ROAD.
That the contract with Advanced Environmental of Waterloo,
Iowa, in the amount of $4,830.00, in conjunction with asbestos
abatement services of 910 West Shaulis Road, described in the
plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for
said project with Resolution No. 2012-043, after public hearing
on January 23, 2012 on published notice required by law, be and
is hereby awarded, the same being the apparent lowest bid for
said project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 2012.
