RESOLUTION NO. 2012-111
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF SIX (6) MODEL
YEAR PATORL CARS.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-110, resolution confirming
approval of specifications, bid document, etc., in conjunction
with the purchase of six (6) model year patrol cars, has been
approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
February 6, 2012 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that said project proceed
in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 2012.
