RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF INTENT FOR
NPDES COVERAGE UNDER GENERAL PERMIT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES FOR STORM
WATER DISCHARGES IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y.
2012 EAST DONALD STREET TRANSPORTATION
IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 797; AND AUTHORIZE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Notice of Intent for NPDES Coverage Under General Permit
dated February 6, 2012, for storm water discharges in conjunction
with the F.Y. 2012 East Donald Street Transportation
Improvements, Contract No. 797, by and between the Iowa
Department of Natural Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 2012.
