RESOLUTION NO. 2012-117
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH JSA
DEVELOPMENT, LLC. TO RENT SPACE LOCATED AT
WEST 5TH AND JEFFERSON STREETS, FOR $1,000.00
PER MONTH FOR THE DOWNTOWN AREA MAINTENANCE
CREW TO CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN THE DOWNTOWN
AREA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated February 6, 2012, in the amount of
$1,000.00 to rent space located at West 5th and Jefferson
Streets, by and between JSA Development, LLC of Waterloo, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa be, and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February 2012.
