RESOLUTION NO. 2012-130
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SAN
MARNAN TRAFFIC MONITORING SYSTEM PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Traffic Operations Superintendent of
said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the San Marnan Traffic
Monitoring System Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Traffic Operations Superintendent did file
said specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the San Marnan Traffic Monitoring System
Project, which were preliminarily approved by Resolution No.
2012-067 on January 23, 2012 and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
February 13, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said resolution, confirming approval of
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc., in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of February, 2012.
