RESOLUTION NO. 2012-131
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE SAN MARNAN TRAFFIC MONITORING SYSTEM
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-130, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the San
Marnan Traffic Monitoring System Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the public hearing on February 13, 2012 as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of February 2012.
