RESOLUTION NO. 2012-141
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE
ORIGINAL DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH HOPE
MARTIN ANDERSON AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to the original Development Agreement dated
February 8, 2010, to change the following: completion date from
December 21, 2010 to December 31, 2012; minimum assessment end
date to December 31, 2021; lower rebates to 5 years at 50
percent; and change the Minimum Assessment amount to $877,500.00
on parcel No. 8813-10-101-034, by and between Hope Martin
Anderson and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of February, 2012.
