RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2012 RIGHT-OF-WAY MOWING
CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Golf and Downtown Area Maintenance
Manager of said City to prepare plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2012 Right -Of -Way Mowing
contracts, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Golf and Downtown Area Maintenance Manager did
file said, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the 2012 Right -Of -Way Mowing contracts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the 2012 Right -Of -Way Mowing contracts,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 2012.
