RESOLUTION NO. 2012-156
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE DOWNTOWN HISTORIC SURVEY
SERVICES FOR THE HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT
PROGRAM (HMGP) PROPERTY ACQUISITION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-155, resolution confirming
approval of Request for Proposals, plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the Downtown Historic Survey
Services for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMPG) Property
Acquisition Project, has been approved and adopted by this
Council after the public hearing on February 20, 2012 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that said project proceed
in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 2012.
