RESOLUTION NO. 2012-160
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2012 WEST SHAULIS ROAD/ANSBOROUGH
AVENUE, CONTRACT NO. 784.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-159, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2012 West
Shaulis Road/Ansborough Avenue, Contract No. 784, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the public hearing on February 20, 2012 as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February 2012.
