RESOLUTION NO. 2012-161
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2012 HIGHLAND PARK
BASKETBALL & TENNIS COURT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed Engineer of said City to prepare proposed
plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction
with the FY 2012 Highland Park Basketball & Tennis Court Project,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the FY
2012 Highland Park Basketball & Tennis Court Project, which were
preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2012-123 on February 6,
2012, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February
20, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the FY 2012 Highland Park
Basketball & Tennis Court Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February 2012.
