RESOLUTION NO. 2012-163
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH ASBESTOS
SURVEY SERVICES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 320
WEST 2ND STREET AND 218 WEST MULLAN AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Community Planning & Development
Director of said City to prepare request for proposals plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
Asbestos Survey Services for properties located at 320 West 2nd
Street and 218 West Mullan Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning & Development Director did
file said request for proposals, plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with Asbestos Survey Services for
properties located at 320 West 2nd Street and 218 West Mullan
Avenue, which were preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2012-
146 on February 13, 2012 and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
February 20, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said request for proposals plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with
Asbestos Survey Services for properties located 320 West 2nd
Street and 218 West Mullan Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 2012.
