RESOLUTION NO. 2012-164
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNTION
WITH ASBESTOS SURVEY SERVICES FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 320 WEST 2ND STREET AND 218 WEST
MULLAN AVENUE.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-163, resolution confirming
approval of plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Asbestos Survey Services for property
located at 320 West 2nd Street and 218 West Mullan Avenue, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the public hearing on February 20, 2012 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February 2012.
