RESOLUTION NO. 2012-167
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUBMISSION OF GRANT
APPLICATION WITH IOWA GOVERNOR'S TRAFFIC
SAFETY BUREAU FOR ALCOHOL -IMPAIRED DRIVING
INCENTIVE GRANT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Iowa Governor's Traffic Safety Bureau for Alcohol -
Impaired Driving Incentive Grant Application, for funds
associated with overtime for OWI arrests and other alcohol -
related offenses and for purchasing equipment and training
materials related to the prevention of impaired driving, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 2012.
