RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)
SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF
$1,080,277.00, FOR FUNDING SINGLE-FAMILY UNIT
PRODUCTION NEW CONSTRUCTION - ROUND #4, AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated February 20, 2012, for a CDBG
Supplemental Funds Grant in the amount of $1,080,277.00, to be
used for funding of Single -Family New Construction Unit
Production - Round #4, by and between the Iowa Department of
Economic Development and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 2012.
