RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO OPTION
AND LEASE AGREEMENT WITH NEW CINGULAR WIRELESS
PCS, LLC OF ALPHARETTA, GEORGIA, AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the second Amendment to Option and Lease Agreement
originally dated October 24, 2005, by Resolution No. 2005-954, to
lease a cellular tower southeast of the Waterloo Regional
Airport, at $762.00 per month, for a period of five years, by and
between, AT & T Wireless, formerly known as New Cingular Wireless
PCS, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of February, 2012.
