RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED PURCHASE PRICE FOR
THE PURCHASE OF A NEW FIRE TRUCK FROM MARION
BODY WORKS OF MARION, WISCONSISN IN THE AMOUNT
OF $457,167.00, AND AUTHORIAZING MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE ANY NECWSSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the amended purchase price for the purchase of a fire truck
from Marion Body Works of Marion, Wisconsin in the amount of
$457,167.00, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of February, 2012.
