RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2012-179
AND APPROVE A RESOLUTION RESETTING DATE OF
HEARING AND FOR THE FYE2013 BUDGET AS MARCH
7, 2012, AT 8:15 A.M. IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF
CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 8:15 a.m., on the 7th day of March, 2012, for
the purpose of considering and acting on the FYE2013 budget.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 2012.
