RESOLUTION NO. 2012-190
RESOLUTION APPROVING AUTOMOBILE LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH C & S CAR COMPANY HYUNDAI
MAZDA SUBARU AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Automobile Lease Agreement dated February 27, 2012, to
provide a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe to be used by the Waterloo Police
Department School Resource Officer Program, for the period
February 20, 2012 to August 20, 2012, by and between C & S Car
Company Hyundai Mazda Subaru of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of February, 2012.
