RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
EXCEPTION TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM DENNIS
CLARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
Dennis Clark to burn approximately 4 acres of prairie grass
located north and south of the pond located at 2204 Ashland
Avenue during the time period of March 30 - May 31, 2012, and
September 1 - November 30, 2012, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of March 2012.
