RESOLUTION NO. 2012-186
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR
PROPOSAL DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH SECURITY SERVICES AT WASTE
MANAGEMENT SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Waste Management Services
Superintendent of said City to prepare proposed request for
proposal document, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
Security Services at Waste Management Services, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Waste Management Services Superintendent did
file said preliminary request for proposal document, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with Security Services at Waste
Management Services on February 27, 2012, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
February 27, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed request for proposal document,
form of contract, etc. in conjunction with security services at
waste management services, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of February, 2012.
