RESOLUTION NO. 2012-187
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH SECURITY SERVICES AT WASTE
MANAGEMENT SERVICES.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-186, Resolution confirming
approval of request for proposals, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with Security Services at Waste Management Services,
have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public
hearing on February 27, 2012 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of February, 2012.
