ORDINANCE NO. 5190
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO THE "R -1,R -P" PLANNED RESIDENCE DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in
Section 10-4-4, of Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, City of
Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to approve a site plan
amendment to the "R -1,R -P" Planned Residence District, for
property located north of the intersection of Burton Avenue and
West Donald Street at the former Van Eaton School site, to allow
for the construction of five new single-family homes on
approximately three acres, legally described as follows:
Van Eaton Subdivision, A replat of Lot 2, Block 2 of
West ,� of Cushman Heights, to the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, State of Iowa.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
