RESOLUTION NO. 2020-486
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING A
DATE OF BID OPENING AS JULY 16, 2020, AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS JULY 20, 2020, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2021 LOWELL ELEMENTARY SANITARY
SEWER RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT, CONTRACT NO.
1026, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID
NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction
with the FY 2021 Lowell Elementary Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction Project, Contract No. 1026,
are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2021 Lowell Elementary
Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction Project, Contract No. 1026, be scheduled for July 16, 2020 at
1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 20th day of July 2020, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY 2021 Lowell Elementary Sanitary Sewer
Reconstruction Project, Contract No. 1026.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
