RESOLUTION NO. 2020-491
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
JULY 13, 2020, TO APPROVE THE REQUEST OF
PERSONIFIED, INC., TO VACATE APPROXIMATELY 12,880
SQUARE FEET OF BLUFF STREET RIGHT OF WAY,
LOCATED ADJACENT TO 326 WEST 17TH STREET, AND
INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 13th day of July 2020,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the of Personified, Inc., to vacate approximately
12,880 square feet of Bluff Street right of way, located adjacent to 326 West 17th Street, and
instruct the City Clerk to publish said notice.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of June 2020.
