RESOLUTION NO. 2020-501
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE
CEDAR BEND HUMANE SOCIETY, ORIGINALLY
EXECUTED JUNE 19, 2017, IN CONJUNCTION WITH FY2021
THRU FY2023 ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICE FEES, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the amendment to the Animal Control Services Agreement originally executed June 19,
2017, between the Cedar Bend Humane Society and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction
with FY 2021-2023 animal control service fees, is hereby approved and Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of June 2020.
