RESOLUTION NO. 2020-502
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EARLY ACCESS
AGREEMENT WITH PERSONIFIED, INC., TO ALLOW FOR
IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BLUFF STREET SECTION
ABUTTING 326 WEST 17TH STREET, AND AUTHORIZING
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Early Access Agreement dated June 29, 2020, between Personified, Inc. and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to allow early access in preparation for improvements to the Bluff Street Section
abutting 326 West 17th Street, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of June 2020.
