ORDINANCE NO. 5192
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO THE "R -3,R -P" PLANNED MULTIPLE RESIDENCE
DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in
Section 10-4-4, of Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, City of
Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to approve a site plan
amendment to the "R -3,R -P" Planned Multiple Residence District,
for property generally located along the south side of Summerland
Drive, adjacent to 5732 Summerland Drive, to allow for the
construction of one new twin home and two single-family homes on
approximately 0.8 acres, legally described as follows:
All of Lots 62 & 63, Summerland Park First Addition, to
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, State of Iowa.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
