RESOLUTION NO. 2020-460
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS JULY 16, 2020 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS JULY 20, 2020, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE CITY OF WATERLOO PUBLIC WORKS TRUCK
WASH PROJECT, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE.
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specification, form of contract, etc. in conjunction
with the City of Waterloo Public Works Truck Wash Project, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the City of Waterloo Public Works
Truck Wash Project, be scheduled for July 16, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 20th day of July, 2020 to hold
a public hearing, for the purpose of discussion and approval of the City of Waterloo Public
Works Truck Wash Project.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June 2020.
