RESOLUTION NO. 2020-461
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY BOULDER CONTRACTING,
LLC, OF GRUNDY CENTER, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$165,519.19, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2020 RIP RAP
REPAIRS ALONG LEVEE SYSTEM PROJECT, CONTRACT
NO. 999, AND RECEIVE AND FILE A TWO-YEAR
MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, Boulder Contracting, LLC, of Grundy Center, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the FY 2020 Rip Rap Repairs Along Levee System Project, Contract No. 999,
and
WHEREAS, Boulder Contracting, LLC has completed the aforementioned project, in
accordance with the project plans and specifications, at a total cost of $165,519.19.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work, for work performed by Boulder Contracting, LLC, at a total cost of $165,519.19, in
conjunction with the FY 2020 Rip Rap Repairs Along Levee System Project, Contract No. 999,
are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June 2020.
