RESOLUTION NO. 2020-462
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., SETTING DATE
OF BID OPENING AS JULY 16, 2020 AND DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING AS JULY 20, 2020, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) FORESTRY AERIAL LIFT TRUCK
AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction with
the purchase of one (1) Forestry Aerial Lift Truck, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) Forestry
Aerial Lift Truck, be scheduled for July 16, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 20th day of July 2020, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) Forestry Aerial Lift Truck.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
