SCHEDULE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following fee schedule for Waterloo Fire Rescue ambulance services are hereby
approved as follows:
Advanced Life Support Emergent $735.00
Advanced Life Support Non -Emergent $644.17
Advanced Life Support II $1,065.00
Basic Life Support Non Emergent $387.00
Basic Life Support Emergent $620.00
Mileage $13.00/mile
Treat No Transport $150.00
