RESOLUTION NO. 2020-479
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FY 2021 PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GROW CEDAR VALLEY, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $28,500, WITH $56,500 IN POTENTIAL
INCENTIVE FUNDS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated June 22, 2020, between GROW Cedar Valley
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $28,500, with $56,500 in potential incentive
funds, in conjunction with continued economic development in the Cedar Valley, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June 2020.
