RESOLUTION NO. 2020-480 RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY STEVE TROSKEY, ON BEHALF OF CGA CONSULTANTS, TO APPROVE THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF GARDNER ADDITION, A 2-LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION LOCATED NORTH AND EAST OF 603 S. HACKETT ROAD. WHEREAS, on this 22nd day of June 2020, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the preliminary plat of the Gardner Addition, a 2-lot commercial subdivision, located north and east of 603 S. Hackett Road, was presented for approval by Steve Troskey on behalf of CGA Consultants, and WHEREAS, said preliminary plat has been previously submitted to and was approved by the City of Waterloo Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on June 2, 2020, and WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, the preliminary plat, submitted by Steve Troskey, on behalf of CGA Consultants, of the Gardner Addition, a 2-lot commercial subdivision, located north and east of 603 S. Hackett Road, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June 2020.
