RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH STANLEY CONSULTANTS OF DES
MOINES, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH ENGINEERING
DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE PARK AVENUE BICYCLE
SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$39,908.90, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated June 22, 2020, between Stanley Consultants, of
Des Moines, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $39,908.90, in conjunction
with in conjunction with Engineering Design Services for the Park Avenue Bicycle Signal
Improvements Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June 2020.
