o L WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had the parcel
ascribed herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained,

and
G _ WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcel
�C in conjunction with the redevelopment of the former Rath area.

s NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
Y OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the contract for the parcel
e=einafter described to sell the same to the City of Waterloo,
, c1,w,a, all of which are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black
*a�k County, Iowa, are accepted and approved and the Mayor and
C-Ety Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same in
behalf of the City and to execute all instruments necessary to
Zoe summate the agreement to purchase the property from the owners
thereof, and the deed for the conveyance of the same are also
accepted and approved and the City of Waterloo is directed to pay
for the property and the incidental expenses necessary to the
consummation of the sale from City funds .
The subject parcels are:
Crystal Distribution Services, Inc. - Owner
Parcel Nos. 8913-25-283-026, 8913-25-283-020, 8913-25-
283-019, 8913-25-283-018
Morning Side Addition Lot 25 Block 1,
Morning Side Addition Northwest 5 feet Lot 23 Block 1
Lot 24 Block 1,
Morning Side Addition Southeast 45 feet Lot 23 Block 1,
Morning Side Addition Lot 22 Block 1, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa .
