ORDINANCE NO. 5175
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO THE "R -3,R -P" PLANNED MULTIPLE RESIDENCE
DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in
Section 10-4-4, of Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, City of
Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to approve a site plan
amendment to the "R -3,R -P" Planned MultipleResidence District,
for property generally located alon Lafayette Street near the
intersection of East 7th and East 8t Streets, to allow for the
construction of six (6) townhome units and one (1) single-family
house, legally described as follows:
All of Lots 2 and 3 and the West 60 feet of Lots 1 and
4, Block 17, Original Plat of Waterloo, East side of
the Cedar River, Black Hawk County, State of Iowa.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
