It reads as follows: "Each load shall be delivered with a producer's scale ticket showing gross, tare, and net weights converted to net gallons." Instead of a scale ticket, FHR will provide a bill of lading with each load that will show gross weight, tare weight and net tons on board. In addition, the BOL will list a typical weight per gallon for reference. H FMS-2S, CSS-1(3:1) and CRS-2P - Sampling and testing of the product listed on the BOL will be conducted in accordance with the Quality Control Plan for Asphaltic Materials most recently submitted to the Iowa Department of Transportation. Acceptance of, or purchase from, a Sales Agreement corresponding to this bid document will be construed as acceptance of this testing process and/or any other Flint Hills Resources, LP change, modification, or deletion contained herein.
