RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
OF LEONDORF LLC FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO
THE "R-4, R-P" PLANNED RESIDENCE DISTRICT, "C-
P" PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT AND "B-P"
BUSINESS PARK DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY WITHIN
THE COUNTRY CLUB BUSINESS CENTER GENERALLY
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF
ANSBOROUGH AVENUE AND SAN MARNAN DRIVE, AS
JUNE 25, 2007, AT 5 : 30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 25`h day of June, 2007, for
the purpose of considering the request of Leondorf LLC for a site
plan amendment to the "R-4, R-P" Planned Residence District, "C-P"
Planned Commercial District and "B-P" Business Park District for
property within the Country Club Business Center generally
located at the southeasterly corner of Ansborough Avenue and San
Marnan Drive for development of restaurants, offices, a hotel,
convenience store and a bank and legally described as follows :
That part of the NW 1'1 of the NW a of Section 9, and
that part of the SW 1-4 of the SW 1-4 of Section 4 all in
Township 88 North, Range 13 West of the 5{h P.M. ,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as
follows,
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section 9;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
