RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH LEONDORF
LLC TO VACATE, SELL AND CONVEY FOR $1 . 00,
PLUS COSTS, A PORTION OF THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-
OF-WAY ALONG SAN MARNAN DRIVE, FROM
ANSBOROUGH AVENUE EAST TO THE QUARTER MILE
POINT, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTION OF A
NEW COMMERCIAL BUILDING, RAISING THE TAXABLE
VALUE A MINIMUM OF $300, 000 . 00, AS JUNE 25,
2007, AT 5 : 30 P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 25th day of June, 2007, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposed
Development Agreement with Leondorf LLC to vacate, sell and
convey for $1 . 00, plus costs, a portion of the southerly right-
of-way along San Marnan Drive, from Ansborough Avenue east to
the quarter mile point, for the purpose of construction of a new
commercial building, raising the taxable value a minimum of
$300, 000 . 00, and legally described as follows :

That part of the NW 1-4 of the NW 1�4 of Section 9,
Township 88 North, Range 13 West of the 5th P.M. ,
Waterloo, Black ' Hawk County, Iowa, described as
follows,
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section 9;

of Section 9 a distance of 1323 . 82 feet to the
northeast corner of said NW 1�4 NW 1�4;
